Data Subject Access Request ("DSAR") Procedure

1. Submitting a Request
A data subject (customer or end-user) may request:
1.1.
Access to their personal data.
1.2.
Correction of inaccurate data.
1.3.
Deletion of data (subject to retention policies).
1.4.
Objection to processing.
Requests can be submitted to: legal@interstellio.io
2. Verification of Identity
2.1.
The requester must provide proof of identity (e.g., ID copy, account verification).
2.2.
If the request is made on behalf of someone else, written authorisation must be provided.
3. Response Timeframes
3.1.
Requests will be acknowledged within 7 days.
3.2.
A complete response will be provided within 30 days, subject to complexity.
3.3.
If an extension is needed, we will inform the requester.
4. Fees
DSARs are free of charge, except where excessive or unfounded requests are made, in which case a reasonable fee may apply.
