"We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the Company as defined above.
"Customer" refers to any individual, business, or entity anywhere in the world that accesses, uses, or purchases our Services or Products, whether directly or through an authorised representative.
"You" or "Your" refers to the Customer as defined above.
"Supplier" refers to any third-party vendor, service provider, contractor, or licensor that provides products, services, software, or infrastructure used in or integrated with the Company’s Services or Products.
"Third Party" refers to any entity other than the Company, Customer, or their respective affiliates. This may include partners, external service providers, licensors, or users who interact with the Services but are not direct parties to these Terms.
"Service" refers to any service provided by us, including, but not limited to, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
"User" means any individual or entity accessing or using our Services, including account holders, customers, and API consumers.
"API Consumer" refers to any User accessing our Services via an application programming interface (API).
2. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of services provided by us.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to adhere to this policy.
Any breach of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of access to the services.
3. Prohibited Uses
Users shall not engage in, encourage, or promote any activity that violates this policy, including but not limited to:
3.1. Illegal or Unlawful Activities
Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
Distributing or hosting content that violates copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

3.3. Network and Service Abuse
Conducting denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to overload the Services.
Exploiting service vulnerabilities to gain unauthorised access or disrupt operations.
3.4. API Abuse and Rate Limit Circumvention
Exceeding designated API rate limits by any means, including switching IP addresses, API keys, access tokens, or logins.
Employing automation or scripts to bypass throttling mechanisms.
Using multiple accounts to artificially increase request limits.
Violations of API rate limits will result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
3.5. Circumvention of Resource or Usage Charges
Any attempt to evade or manipulate billing, metering, or usage tracking.
Using obfuscation techniques to avoid paying for computing, storage, or bandwidth consumption.
Misrepresenting or falsifying resource usage data.
Attempts to evade resource or usage charges could result in account suspension, termination, and legal action applicable.
3.6. Content and Communications Restrictions
Users may not host, distribute, or transmit:
Hate speech, violent threats, or harassment.
Content that exploits or abuses minors.
Material that invades privacy or promotes discrimination.
Unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or deceptive marketing materials.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with this policy and all applicable laws.
Securing their accounts, passwords, API keys, and access credentials.
Reporting security incidents or policy violations to legal@interstellio.io
5. Enforcement and Remedial Actions
We reserve the right to:
Investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
Suspend or terminate access to Services for abusive or unauthorised activity.
Remove or disable access to prohibited content.
Cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required.
6. Reporting Violations
If you suspect a violation of this policy, please report it to legal@interstellio.io with relevant details, including logs or evidence where applicable.
